The community is located 1/2 mile from the Intracoastal Waterway and 1 mile from the beautiful barrier island of Ocean Isle.  The community will only have around 130 homes, prices ranging from the mid-$200K's and up to $350K.  Just outside of the community, in easy strolling distance, you will find a grocery store, several banks, restaurants, coffee shops, nail salons, gas stations...... 07/23/2014
