Annandale in Indian Trail NC Has New Builder Legendary Communities, a homebuilder based in Georgia, is opening the final phase of construction in Annandale.  Annandale is an Indian Trail NC pool community located off Poplin Road.  Annandale’s resort-style amenities include a pool, cabana, basketball and tennis courts, a playground, nature trails and a dog park.
