On the waters of the sound overlooking the marsh grasses sits a jewel of a neighborhood, Royall Oaks in Emerald Isle North Carolina. This quaint and quiet subdivision is home to mostly full time residents of this island in the outer banks chain.   Your Subconscious Mind is DEAF so stop talking to it and... feed it some pictures, mind pictures or images that is. I've heard and read for years that your subconscious mind does not "hear" negatives, but yesterday I was listening to The Success Principals by Jack Canfield and he went on to explain that the subconscious mind does not "hear" the negative because the subconscious mind deals only in images. This was a revelation to me. I have intellectually understood the concept of the universe not hearing a negative such as I don't want to go to the meeting or I don't want to eat breakfast and the universe hearing I want to go to the meeting or I want to eat breakfast. Saturday, October 23rd my dog, Bonnie, and I took our usual walk to the beach and back with a little twist we took our video camera and captured this video - Emerald Isle NC - Deer, Oh Dear! This was taken without a tripod and zoomed in to the maximum which exaggerates even the slightest motion so excuse the jitters. Yes, we live at the beach and yes, we have deer. Lots of deer. On Emerald Isle NC the deer to some are dear and to others a nuisance. In fact if you call Emerald Isle town hall you can talk to town manager, Frank Rush, and he will tell you that for everyone that calls complaining about the deer they have an equal number of supporters for the deer.
