Now to be fair, we do have streets. They just aren't paved. OK maybey some aren't "cut" either, and we do have a few with signs.   Finding your way areond the 4-wheel drive beach of Carova, NC can be a little challenging (even to locals).  Here is a little cheat sheet to help you out.   To help you reference everything here is a little cheat sheet. Since the Outer Banks is so linear, we reference everything by mileposts. Also, on the 4-wheel drive beaches, most addresses line up with the mile posts (even numbers on the East side of the street and odd numbers on the West). So here is how things are laid out.   The pavement ends at roughly MP13. You emediatly have the Currituck Banks National Estuarine Preserve to drive around. The first house is at about MP14.5.
