The Real Estate market has been crazy the past couple of years!Has anyone else noticed that there is a change happening?I have various automated listing searches set up for buyer clients. They get emails with listings that match their search criteria. These emails consist of new-to-the-market listings and listings that had a change made to them (ex. price change). I am seeing more and more listings showing a price decrease!Others are coming Back On Market.In addition, homes aren't selling as fast as they were (one or two days after listing them).There aren't 10 to 15 offers for one house anymore.I'm curious if this is only happening in North Carolina or if is it everywhere.Let me know what's going on in your neck of the woods.As always,Take care and be well,Tony 04/12/2023

Best Views in NASCARA couple of weeks ago, Bank of America hosted the Bank of America 500 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. The day was dedicated to Dale Earnhardt, Jr. who was running his final race on his 'home track.' Attending the festivities with suite tickets, we had the best seats in the house - we could see everything and it was a perfectly beautiful day to attend a race.Neither Ray nor any of our team that attended with us had ever attended a NASCAR race. As far as North Carolina goes, our state has a lot to offer. Between the beautiful Outerbanks beaches and the grand Blue Ridge mountains, North Carolina has so many great places to visit.  So I was quite surprised recently when I read that Bass Pro Shop in Concord, NC is the number #1 tourist destination in North Carolina.  The massive store is about a 15 minute drive from Uptown Charlotte as well as from the Lake Norman area.  Even if you aren't a hunter or fisherman, the store offers a lot of other great items. I love hiking and every time I go there I can always find something. I will admit though, that my favorite thing at Bass Pro is the huge 22,000 gallon aquarium.
