Sometimes You Just Have to Go the Extra Mile for Your Raleigh, Cary, Apex Area Real Estate Clients... OK, my dear readers, before you get your kilts all up in a bunch, I am NOT advocating breaking out the Smith and Wesson to make a deal go through in the Raleigh, Cary, Apex area Real Estate market! In fact, I've never even held a gun in my life. And, if I did, it would probably look like this one... But, I am advocating going the extra mile for your clients. Whether it's working until midnight (which I often do), driving 70 miles to pick up a check (which I recently did), or working on days that you've designated "no shave/ work from home days" (I try to get at least one of those weekly), it's important to insure that you're doing all those things that make your clients appreciate the j...

We Don't Have a Drive-In Movie Theater in the Raleigh, Cary, Apex Area. But We Do Have Movies By Moonlight... Seventy-nine years ago today, the first ever drive-in movie opened up in Camden, New Jersey. I still remember attending movies in my first car at the Commack Drive-In on Long Island back in the 80's. This drive-in has since been replaced with a shopping center, as many of them have these days. And, while we don't have any drive-in movie theaters here in the Raleigh, Cary, Apex area, we do have "Movies By Moonlight" at the Koka Booth Amphitheater. Every summer, you can "drive-in" on your bicycle, lay out on the grass, and enjoy movies on the big screen. Below is the remaining schedule for the 2012 Movies By Moonlight Series, sponsored by Wake-Med Cary Hospital. JUNE 8th – Friday ...
