I strongly recommend that you call them and get pre-approved for there loan programs before you start your property search!   In today’s lending environment it’s critical to apply for and get pre-approved for a loan before shopping around for property. Many sellers will not even consider an offer you submit unless it has your loan pre-approval letter with it. Also the sellers will be more likely to immediately accept your offer, even if that offer is for less than list price.   There are more advantages to gaining pre-approval than you would initially surmise. When the lender hands a borrower a pre-approval letter, it means the borrower can: Save Time by Looking at the Right Homes in the right price range, Spend More Time Examining the Right Homes knowing what the loan costs – down paym...

If you want to know more about Golden Valley NC you've come to the right place. Cause I love me some Golden Valley. The reason I started blogging was because of Golden Valley. About seven years ago I hired a web designer to build a five page site and I can't change a thing on it. Blogging about Golden Valley has enabled me to add content. My web designer put a link to my blog on the Golden Valley Web Sitein the center of the page. She linked to my blog and ta-dah problem solved, right? Well, pretty much. But if you're a merchant and you want your link added to my Merchant's Page it might be a few days before we can put the link up, since it has to be emailed repeatedly, but we try. Still if I can help by putting your business link up, I'll be glad to. That's a problem we wouldn't have i...

Be sure and visit CarolinaLand.Com for more informantion.       Your Septic System is your responsibility! How does it work? Top Four Things You Can Do to Protect Your Septic System 1. Regularly inspect your system and pump your tank as necessary. 2. Use water efficiently. 3. Don’t dispose of household hazardous wastes in sinks or toilets. 4. Care for your drainfield. Typical septic system: All of your household wastewater exits your home through a pipe to the septic tank. Septic tank: The septic tank is a buried, watertight container typically made of concrete, fiberglass, or polyethylene. It holds the wastewater long enough to allow solids to settle out (forming sludge) and oil and grease to float to the surface (as scum). It also allows partial decomposition of the solid materials. ...

It is our responsibly to take care of our environment! There are lots of ways to do that and by exposing your self to new idea and keeping your mind open it turns out to be very easy. I found a new show on TV called Renovation Nation on the Plant Green channel (Dish Network) Its part of the Discovery Channel family of networks and shows.   This is a great place to learn about building or re-modeling green! The nation faces a huge challenge: to go green for the benefit of the planet and future generations. But we also love our homes and want to improve them. Join host Steve Thomas as he explores green building and renovation techniques, new technologies, and visits the factories where many of these new options are being produced. Renovation Nation shows us how to maintain and improve our...

Looking for something new and exciting to do in the Western North Carolina Mountains? Check out the brand new NHRA Drag Strip in Charlotte! The new ZMax Drag way is the newest and many say the best NHRA Drag Strip in the country, and guss what? it's right in our backyard! In the Mountains of Western North Carolina there are so many options for fun and excitement, but the new drag strip tops them all (in my opinion) These cars are going from a dead stop to over 300 miles per hour in less than 4 seconds! As they go by the power of two 8,000 horse power cars blurs your vision!!! For the first race at this new track we had great seats and full pit pass access. While walking around meeting the drivers, watching the crews overhall the cars we enjoyed the burning sensation in our eyes from the...

Running around in the foothills with a car load of clients to get to the best viewshed before the sun sets is an absolute blast. I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to be in the mountains, out and about at times like these, when most moms are home making dinner. While real estate is often a serious business, it isn't ALWAYS serious. I encourage you to take the time to chase a sunset every now and then. And if you're interested in purchasing a property with a viewshed like this -- I'd love to hear from you.
