Dieppe, New Brunswick has positioned itself as the heart of urban Acadie. The City of Dieppe continues to grow at an outstanding rate compared to any other municipality in New Brunswick. It was recently reported that a survey of Moncton CMA residents revealed they spent on average 12 hours per week of surfing the internet for leisure purposes. Notably, three of those hours were on handheld devices or smartphones. The Moncton CMA includes the city of Dieppe and since I've a few listings in Dieppe, I created a mobile friendly web portal for Dieppe real estate - Dieppe.mobi  Dieppe.mobi is optimized for handheld devices and will display on larger screen computers as well. No fancy graphics means quick loading and economic bandwidth consumption. Let me know how Dieppe.mobi displays on your handheld device.

In 2006, residential sales were up in all areas of the City of Dieppe. The Chartersville area continues to record the highest average sales price while the average sale price in Dieppe Center and Dieppe East dropped from 2005. The average sale price in the Fox Creek area is virtually unchanged from 2005. The sales to listing ratio dropped in slightly in Dieppe Center but gained in all other areas. This indicates the market continues to be in favor of Sellers.   2006 2005 Listings Sales Sales/Listings Ratio Average Sale Price Listings Sales Sales/Listings Ratio Average Sale Price Area Month YTD Month YTD Month YTD Month 12 Month Month YTD Month YTD Month YTD Month 12 Month DC 8 145 5 79 63% 54% $174,357 $164,455 4 120 5 72 125% 60% $144,580 $166,390 DH 9 149 3 82 33% 55% $169,633 $191,18...
