Belgrade Montana to Expand High School

Belgrade, Montana voters passed a 25-million dollar bond to expand Belgrade High School. The bond passed with a 59 to 41 percent margin. The money will be used to remodel and expand Belgrade High School. Belgrade, like Bozeman, has seen a major population increase in the past decade and will need to continue passing bonds like this one to keep up with the rapidly expanding region.Some parts of Belgrade High School were built in the 1960’s. School officials will focus on remodeling the culinary kitchen, updating science labs, art rooms, tech centers and increasing classroom spaces throughout the school.
