The new Wildwood Farmer's Market opens this Saturday May the 9th at 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.  The market will take place every Saturday until October the 31st.  The market will be located just north of the hotel in the Wildwood Town Center Plaza at Taylor and Manchester Roads.  This is the first year for the market and hopefully it will garner many vendors and purchasers.  I, for one, love fresh produce and locally grown is even better! If you are in the Wildwood area and are craving excellent Mexican food, take a trip to Vallarta Mexican Restaurant in lovely Wildwood, Missouri.  This tasty establishment is located near the corner of Manchester and Westglen Farms Drive.  Here you do not need a reservation but be aware the food is good and the building is not too big.  So plan ahead so you will not be disappointed.  They serve authentic Mexican food for lunch and dinner.  They also offer a take out service.  The chips and salsa are yummy.  I have enjoyed many meals and margaritas at Vallarta Mexican Restaurant.  Stop by sometime and give them a try.  If you like Mexican food, you will enjoy this place!  © Ann Hayden, 2008-2009.
