Do YOU Suffer from High Tech Health Syndrome?? Sitting at a desk a all day staring at a computer screen can cause computer fatigue syndrome.  Our ancestors were mobile hunters with a need for great eye sight.  As we sit at our computers, we tend to forget to get up....  This can cause eye strain, headaches, back aches, neck problems, etc. Here let's deal with the eye health.  First adjust your screen so your eyes look down.  Second focus on something at least 20 feet away every 20 minutes.  Third get up every hour and leave the computer.  Yes I know you have a project to finish... Fourth BLINK!!  Fifth eat a healthy diet, include fish, nuts, whole grains, greens and a variety of veggies. I know I am guilty of not getting up for hours on end... Baseball Heaven?? The St. Louis Cardinals played against the New York mets today in Baseball Heaven AKA Busch Stadium.  The game took 6 hours and 53 minutes.  The Cards eventually lost 2 to 1 but what a game.....TWENTY INNINGS! As you can imagine most fans gave up and went home.  The weather here in St. Louis is rather chilly this evening....  I love baseball and going to Baseball Heaven but Six HOURS almost SEVEN????
