When he was admitted to the hospital, he was in the middle of the worst of his attacks.  It lasted 9 1/2 hours.  I can'...

Recently we had the unpleasant task of telling you about the loss of our two dogs Boomer and Casey. It has been a difficult process to go through. We sill miss them dearly and always will. The Saddest Blog We Ever Had To Write There is a new chapter to the story though. After the initial loss, we knew we had to move on. We started searching the internet and local animal shelters for a new best friend. We made a few calls only to find out the puppy we wanted was already adopted. We even brought home one dog but she just wasn't a good fit for our family. Finally, we found our new best friend. The animal shelter was calling him Frankfurter. That name just didn't seem right so after a couple of days we agreed on the name Bandit! He has lived with us a week now and we are all getting to know...

It's that time of year. The weather is getting cooler, days are getting shorter, and many REALTORS® go into hibernation and don't wake up until Spring! Don't let this happen to you! Fall and Winter are actually good times to sell a home in Springfield MO because there are less homes on the market so competition is less. Another great reason to sell this time of year is because companies do a lot of corporate transfers at the begining of the year. Give us a call and we can show you how we can get your Springfield MO home sold!

Don't forget to "Fall Back" Saturday night and set your clock backwards one hour. I kind of dread it getting dark an hour earlier but on the other hand, maybe it will be a little easier to get up in the morning. As Springfield MO REALTORS®, our days start really early, usually around 5:30!   When you set your clocks back, its also a good time to change the batteries in your smoke detectors and an easy way to remember the last time you changed them.  Enjoy that extra hour of sleep!
