There is so much I am thankful for.     Thankful that I know God as my personal savior, and I have peace in this crazy world!         Thankful my parents spent hours and hours showing me what a kind heart and spirit brings to the world.    Thankful for the lessons, compromises, and examples they shared.            So thankful, for siblings that have my back, no matter what.     Thankful for a grandma that has 90+years of stories of appreciation.           Thankful for a boyfriend who I asked to save me two years ago upon our first meeting and who has had my back every day thereafter.  And soon...            Thankful that my boyfriend's father has the strength to fight stage 4 Cancer.   So thankful, that his wife has the tenacity to manage their home, business and 96 year old...

It seems like every year Thanksgiving coincides with some momentous event in my life, and this year has not been an exception. On November 4th, my 13-year-old son began having flu-like symptoms.  No biggie...every parent has gone through this.  Vomiting, diarrhea, the whole shabang.  Only my son hasn't been sick since preschool...not even a common cold.  Kind of scary when you've never really had to take care of a sickly child before.  So I kept telling myself to just "chill out" and quit "freaking out."  But day after day, he seemed to be getting worse, and he began to have "attacks."  Six days, 3 doctor visits, and 2 ER visits later, he was admitted to the hospital. When he was admitted to the hospital, he was in the middle of the worst of his attacks.  It lasted 9 1/2 hours.  I can'...

Recently we had the unpleasant task of telling you about the loss of our two dogs Boomer and Casey. It has been a difficult process to go through. We sill miss them dearly and always will. The Saddest Blog We Ever Had To Write There is a new chapter to the story though. After the initial loss, we knew we had to move on. We started searching the internet and local animal shelters for a new best friend. We made a few calls only to find out the puppy we wanted was already adopted. We even brought home one dog but she just wasn't a good fit for our family. Finally, we found our new best friend. The animal shelter was calling him Frankfurter. That name just didn't seem right so after a couple of days we agreed on the name Bandit! He has lived with us a week now and we are all getting to know...

It's that time of year. The weather is getting cooler, days are getting shorter, and many REALTORS® go into hibernation and don't wake up until Spring! Don't let this happen to you! Fall and Winter are actually good times to sell a home in Springfield MO because there are less homes on the market so competition is less. Another great reason to sell this time of year is because companies do a lot of corporate transfers at the begining of the year. Give us a call and we can show you how we can get your Springfield MO home sold!
