Springfield Missouri Community Event Eagle Days 2012 at Springfield Conservation Nature Center Come out to Eagle Days 2012 at Springfield Conservation Nature Center today January 22nd from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM.  An entertaining indoor program will be held at the nature center at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30pm. Come by this afternoon and get up close and personal with Phoenix, a bald eagle visiting from the  Dickerson Park Zoo. The Extreme Makover Home Edition show tonight is the final episode. Springfield MO residents can watch it free on the big screen at the Campbell 16 Cinema at 7:00 p.m.!  Tickets are free and the theater is donating 10% of all concession sales to the Joplin recovery effort. The Extreme Makeover Crew helped build seven homes in seven days in Joplin; a record for the show.  After nine seasons on ABC they're calling it quits.   The Joplin show will be the  200-th and final episode for Extreme Makeover.
