This weekend June 9-10 is FREE FISHING in Missouri.  The Missouri Department of Conservation suspends the requirements for a license the weekend after the first Monday in June every year. Its a great oppourunity to get out with the kids or grand kids and do some fishing in Missouri's hundreds of lakes, ponds, and streams. Free Fishing Days is designed to encourage previous anglers and first-timers to give fishing a try.   Normal fishing regulations, such as limits on size and number of fish, still apply.              Today, the Springfield, Mo Health Department announced that all Restaurant Health Inspections would be made public.   Springfield, Mo is well known for our abundance of dining establishments as well as the expected wait list for most restaurants on Friday and Saturday nights.   The Health Department also have released the Suspended Permits.                I have checked all my favorite resturants and have discovered that most will remain my favorites.   Although, some violations are rated critical, many issues are fixed immediately and noted by the health inspector.   Just a way to access your resturant choice, and I found that there are some things that are just unacceptable.      For those that rated less favorably well they are on probation until they improve.           ... 06/06/2012
