Southfork Subdivision Has Nice Variety! Southfork subdivision in Springfield, MO has a nice variety of properties for buyers that you don't always get with a lot of the new Subdivisions that you see going up these days. Deer Creek Subdivision, Springfield, MO If you're in the market for a nice home in a good subdivision in Springfield, MO you should check out homes in Deer Creek Subdivision. Deer Creek is a small subdivision with only 29 lots but it has the amenities that alot of larger subdivisions have like a swimming pool and basketball courts. 65807 Hot Zipcode in Springfield, MO in 3rd quarter! The 65807 zip code was the hottest zipcode for home sales in the Springfield, MO market for the 3rd quarter of 2012. This marks the second year in a row that 65807 has led the Greene county area in home sales. The code posted 173 homes sold with an average days on market of 66, followed by 65802 with 167 and 65804 with 159. The 65804 area also posted the highest sales in terms of dollars with a little over $24 million in real estate sold. How does this data stack up to the previous year you ask?
