Following is my market snapshot for the City of St Louis (Areas 1,2,3,4)  for the month of February 2014.  These statistics were gathered from the local multiple listing service, and include residential single family homes, condo/lofts, and multifamily homes (2-4 Units).   Single Family Residential Homes:   New Active Listings: 212 Pending Listings: 97 Expired Listings: 63 Sold Listings: 152 For the Sold Listings, the Highest Sales Price was $650,000.  The Average Sales Price was $110,941.  Average Days on Market (DOM) was 84.   Cono/Loft Sales:   New Active Listings: 50 Pending Listings: 109 Expired Listings: 12 Sold Listings: 26 For the Sold Listings, the Highest Sales Price was $615,000.  The Average Sales Price was $179,358.  Average Days on Market (DOM) was 117.   Multi-Family (2-4... 03/13/2014

After years, I have finally completed a small painting.  Acrylic on masonite board.  8 x 10. A friend of mine and artist, Christopher Schulte, spearheads the Will Flores Fund (http://willfloresfund.org/).  A group of artists are donating works for Stillness in Motion, an annual exhibit where proceeds benefit local community organizations.  The opening reception is Sunday, Sept 22, 2-5 pm.  The deadline to have works in is this Saturday.   I have promised Christopher for a year I was going to begin painting again.
