Yesterday I was scheduling some property to show.  As I was going through the list I come to one home that I had to call somewhere other than the office or a showing service.  It happened to be the listing agents' home phone number.  Now let me say, I am not opposed to calling your home, I am not against calling you at the gym while you are working out, shucks I am not even against calling you on the golf course or at a watering hole.  All I ask is a couple of common courtesies like: Answering the phone or Call me back when I leave a message and Identify yourself and the company you work for. Leaving a mark that will be seen for years.......... We all dream of leaving a mark somewhere, somehow and be remembered for a long time.  There are others that make a mark and never give it a thought and yet it will be seen by many. So Why The Clock AND Is It The Right Time?  Which clock should be used? I have been using this clock, below, for some time now on my weekly market updates to draw attention to how much time is left until the $8,000 Tax Credit expires.  Countdown Clocks And to the best of my knowledge, right now, the Tax credit is set to expire at the stroke of midnight on November 30, 2009.
