Christmas in Branson is unlike anything you have ever seen. As I have mentioned before, Branson is a community that comes together and celebrates what matters most, family. Christmas time is the best time to come see us. Christmas music in the air, tons of shops to visit, and trail of lights at Shepard of the Hills is the best way to start off the season! Elves Helping Santa Get Ready! Speaking of wonderful Christmas displays, Silver Dollar City Christmas is gorgeous! Over 1 Million light bulbs on the buildings alone! Silver Dollar City hosts two wonderful musicals that are free with admission! A Christmas Carol is one of my all time favorites. The story of Mr. Scrooge is a classic tale of being happy for what you have, and spreading the Christmas cheer! This huge c...

Fall Creek Condos Branson Missouri Why Do People Choose to Own A Fall Creek Condo?- Number 1 answer is affordability. Fall Creek offers a wide range of choices from a 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom condo, or even a travel trailer pad to small modulars. Amenities are great, including pools, tennis, clubhouse and a marina where you can fish in Lake Taneycomo off the dock. Many buyers like the idea of Fall Creek as a place to vacation when they can buy around $30,000 to $40,000, use it as much as they want for years to come instead of spending money on a motel room. If they are not using it, they make good monthly or vacation rentals. Rental on monthly income is $400-500 Owners pay an extra fee of $800 a year for amenities, although if they are not going to use them they don't have to buy in. HOA ...

Living in Branson has many perks. One of the big ones for me is the sense of community. From the entertainers of the area, to a Realtor like me, everyone does their part to make sure everyone feels welcome.  One of the last events I was so blessed to be a part of was the Balloons Over Branson Creek. (Click here to learn more about Branson Creek, and Listings we have in the area). We had a booth out there, and met some amazing people! View From My Tent Friday was a tethered balloon ride, lets just say I was glad to be back on the ground! Saturday we had a huge crowd out there! Hayrides around the Branson Creek Property, bounce houses for the kids, great food by Famous Dave's and Golden Corral, and wonderful music by the local college band made it a great experience!  As everyone settled...

Andy Williams, the world renowned singer, was remembered by his friends in a memorial service on Sunday October 21st at his Andy Williams Moon River Theater in Branson Missouri. Andy built his Moon River Theater in Branson Missouri in 1992. At the time, Branson was considered only a live country music mecca. As the saying goes "If you build it they will come". The rest you might say is history. Today Branson has live music shows from every genre and you can thank Andy Williams for that. During the Ozark Mountain Christmas season, which begins on November 1st, Andy's show was always considered a "must see". His Christmas show was vital in launching what is now the biggest season in Branson. Andy announced in 2011 that he would take some time off from performing, as he had bladder cancer....

According to our local statistics, Branson single family homes sales for the 3rd quarter of 2012 was down 6 to 61 single family-built-on-site homes.  Market increased in prices though with the highest priced one selling for $639,000 and the lowest priced one selling for around $25,000.  The medium price was also up about 15% at  164,000 and that is a sign the market has bottomed out and starting to recover at least for single family home sales.  Branson home sellers will be glad to know that only 18 were distress sales so that is about the same as the previous quarter and much less a factor on our local market than last year. Condos sold totalled 83 units and only 17 were distress sales which is good news for the Branson Real Estate Market too.  The prices ranged from $417,000 to $23,00...

Was in the area of Country Bluff today, a beautiful neighborhood just a few minutes from Hwy 76 in Branson MO located just off off Fall Creek Dr. This neighborhood has been very appealing over the years for buyers looking for something close to Branson, yet quiet and upscale. I took these pictures of random homes, some for sale, some are not, Since I have so many pictures I will probably have to make a video out of them and post that, but this should give a general idea. Some of the homes along Country Bluff Dr. are actually on a bluff overlooking Lake Taneycomo. Some smaller homes are tucked away in culd-e-sacs on streets such as Garner, Columbus and Loganberry. Most of these homes were built in the late 1990's, all brick or stone and brick and are nicely updated. In the down market ov...

You'll never know what you might find in this place, so inviting too everytime I walk by. The waiting list is long to  get a booth here, right next to the Branson Landing in this old building on Main St. that used to be a church years ago. You could get lost  looking at antiques for an afternoon just stolling through downtown while the husband is off fishing:) They alway's keep this one looking so nice had to post this picture. Taken at Cadwell's Flea Market 114 East Main St. Branson, MO

This was taken on Main St. in Downtown Branson, believe it or not through my windshield! Branson has been a great area to host car events and we sure do love having these visitors.
