Plymouth, Michigan Real Estate...The market has shown improvements since May.  I have been seeing SOLD signs all over town.  65 homes have sold since May 1st in Plymouth, with an average sales price of $305,594.  Last year during the same time, May 1st-June 12th only 49 homes sold.  The average sales price last year was 316,482, so the average has dropped a bit, but homes sales are up.TIME TO SELL:The average time on the market has increased this year to 116 days up from 93 days last year at this time.  This seems to be the beginning of our "SPRING" market.  Hopefully things will to continue to improve through October-November allowing home sellers and home buyers reach their goals this year.With interest rates on the rise...this is the best time to buy and/or sell in Plymouth.  For mor...
