Stonewater subdivision in Northville Michigan is one of Northville's premier subdivisions.  All of the homes were custom built.  The subdivision is located between Six and Seven Mile Roads just west of Beck Rd.  There are 11 parks, several gazebos, walking trails, a trout stream, 6 small lakes totaling 115 acres.  The lakes are not all sport lakes, but do allow electric motor pontoon boats on some of them.  The subdivision was carved out of a old gravel pit and has many different builders giving a variety of homes and styles.  This is what has sold in the last 365 days as of January 2 2013.  The first home on the list was leased.  I was able to get my clients the lowest price per square foot in the last year in Stonewater subdivision.  If you are thinking of selling or buying in Stonewa... 01/02/2013

  OK the showings are set!  The buyers are motivated!  We are all excited and the buyers don't have a lot of time to find a home.  So the day comes and of course we are caught in a bit of a snowstorm.  Should we cancel or keep going?  Well we elected to show and though it was a little slow went well. The following picture is of me driving to meet the clients at the first home.  O.K. now I'm starting to wonder is this going to be worth it.  After all safety first. The roads were getting very slick and the traffic really slowing down, now I'm wondering is all of this worth any type of car accident?
