I recently read Theron Patterson's post about BPO Payments and I had a couple comments, and questions.  I learned some interesting things about BPOs (well, in Michigan at least) while I was completing my Broker Training a couple years back.1.  In Michigan, it is not legal to be compensated for BPOs unless you have an Assoc. I am a Realtor and I live in Livonia, Michigan.  I can not say enough about the city and it's officials.  Sometimes they take some grief for making hard choices to make the city better and financially stronger.  The Livonia police force seems like the cavalry coming when there is trouble.  Quick to respond, and always there when you need them.
