Wonderland Shopping Plaza--Livonia Michigan   Wonderland Shopping Plaza is located in southeast Livonia Michigan at Plymouth and Middlebelt Rd.  The picture you see here is of the Wonderland welcome sign located right at the corner for all to see.  For those of you not local to the area if you look closely at the picture in the back left is a local Ford Automotive Plant.  Wonderland Plaza has been redone in the last few years and is now an all updated outdoor shopping and food plaza.  Going back throughout the years I can personally remember when Wonderland was one of the countries first outside shopping malls.  Then after a few years decided to make in a nice enclosed shopping mall only to tear it all down and rebuild it to the shopping plaza it is today.  For those living in the south... 06/23/2011

Real Estate Agents and Their Automobiles   Many of us have heard this before and again I'm wondering how much does it matter?  I recently went to a seminar and one of the very important points the instructor made was your car had to look a certain way.  He basically said clean, shiny and absolutely no rust.  That made me think just a little bit further into what advertising if any we should have on our car?   For argument sake I figured I would just use a picture of my own personal car.  My car is now 5 years old and overall still looks pretty much like new.  I have been told different opinions by a few real estate agent friends that a typical real estate agents car is only good for around 4 years.  Not sure if that is the case but many of my close friends thought that.  I also included... 05/30/2011

Would you let your kids do this? We've been putting off working on our foyer for a long time. Too long, in fact. We had the wall covered with some Christmas wrapping paper over the winter, just to give it some kind of festive feeling, rather than the "we just tore off the wall paper and didn't finish the work" look. I'm sure you understand. Anyway, the kids took down the wrapping paper (which, oddly enough, was a great background for some cool Holiday pictures) and asked it they could paint the wall.
