According to the Clare Gladwin MLS, there are presently 63 single family homes for sale on Wixom Lake. This is using a search criteria of the following: Single family home, Wixom Lake, Waterfront = Yes To pick up the lake access homes, Waterfront = No It is important to select Wixom Lake (opposed to Beaverton) for two reasons, one is to pick up the Wixom Lake listings in Hope (Midland County) and to avoid picking up the Ross Lake listings in Beaverton.  Tobacco River side of Wixom Lake  DNR Access on Dundas Rd  DNR Fee Schedule  Swimming and boating on Wixom Lake. The DNR's Wixom Lake Boat Access Site is located in Tobacco Township. It provides a place for you to launch your boat and park your truck and trailer while you're out on the lake. Swimming here at this location is free. Located on Dundas Rd, Beaverton MI 48612 Dundas Rd starts at M30 near Edenville and winds along the lake for a ways and will take you out to Dale Rd - which runs East and West between M30 and M18. You don't have to own property on the lake to enjoy Wixom Lake, whether you are visiting the area or live here, there is a place to go to swim and launch your boat.  The BEAVERTON FOURTH OF JULY PARADE          The parade in Beaverton is usually held on the Fourth of July. However, this year it was the day before, Saturday, July 3rd. It lasted for over an hour and had a pretty good turn out. I missed the beginning of it, as I met clients earlier in the day at a home in Harrison.
