A Cool Old House . . . But It is an old house built around 1906 and still carrying much of its original charm. Hardwood floors, wide staircase, spacious entry foyer, ornate wood trim, pocket doors, all brick exterior, slate roof, wrap around porch, and many more nice old features . . . But, the owners decided to close in the wrap around porch.  In and of itself, this is fine.  It provides protection and makes the home more efficient, especially since they have the original single pane windows, and the porch becomes more of a year round place to relax.
