Landlord, Take Care Of The Cat The tenants were a nice family consisting of mister, misses, three young children, their belongings, and their pet cat. At first, they were an ideal tenant paying their rent on time, but eventually hard times came to the employment situation of the husband, which led to the rent being paid later and later in the month.
