Prince George's Community College has partnered with  government and private entities to produce an event that attracts thousands of blues connoisseurs and families across the nation. This year will be the 20 year anniversary  of the BlueBird Blues Festival. Many jazz notables that have performed in this event in the past include Cathy Ponton  King,Memphis Gold,Clarence Carter,the Legendary  Orioles and Bobby Parker.   They will also be live entertainment,children's activities,  music workshops, food and crafts will engage the senses  and offer an afternoon of excitement for the whole  family.
