Yesterday was a happy day for both the seller and the buyers when 3507 Murdock Road in Kensington was sold!  The seller is a wonderful doctor in the military who has been stationed outside the DC metro area for several years and the buyers were first time homebuyers, excited about finding that perfect home to raise their family.  These are the days that make real estate a lot of fun!
