We had some fun with this video- the house was lovely and sold quite quickly. The owner was British and she loved the quirky attempt to market her home in a different way.   Today was our last chance to cut our own Christmas tree at TRIADELPHIA LAKE VIEW (TLV) FARM in Glenelg, MD. Since this is the first time that our little family set up a real tree, we wanted to make it a family event and had to wait for hubby to come back home! It almost turned out as I had imagined - minus the snow but it was chilly enough! Although late in the season we had no trouble finding a tree. The choices were endless but mom (that would be me) found the winner! The evening was a hot one, even for early September in the Baltimore area. The open house was to start at 6:30, and at 6:00 there was already a crowd gathering outside, fanning themselves – at least there was a breeze, though a warm one. To be fair to the owners, we wouldn't open until the official start time. After all, it's not easy getting 6,000 sq.ft. in open house condition, working full time, having a life, and sharing the space with a couple of beautiful greyhounds. AUCTION SEPTEMBER 20TH  11;00 AM   It happened again. Active Rain made possible a new connection for me, and a reconnection for one of my favorite clients. The other day I received an email through AR from a woman who used to live in Maryland and was a customer of Tatiana, my client with the fabulous historic church property.  This woman has retired to Albuquerque and knew that Tatiana had moved to New Mexico as well. She had purchased a lot of Tatiana's wonderful pottery while in Maryland and wants to buy more. Did I have an address, phone, or email for Tatiana? Absolutely!
