Elkridge, MD Market Report for Home Sales for July 2014       Take a look at the latest report for July 2014 in Elkridge MD.   The active listings for July of 124 is higher compared to last month with only 119 listings. It has been on the rise since the start of this year! We can also see that the Median sold price for July 2014 at $322,500 is higher by 2.7% compared to last year. As I was driving back from Ocean City, MD last week, my car made a strange noise. I know a lot about houses but very little about cars ... just enough to know that my car wasn't supposed to make a noise like that. I - very carefully - made it home that night and called "my" mechanic the very next day. Isn't it nice to have a car repair shop you are so comfortable with that you can refer to them as "my" car repair shop? While it was annoying to have to deal with a car issue (have buyers and listings = need car), I knew that I didn't have to worry about it, API Auto Service would take care of it. Yesterday was one of those days. You know the one. When you try to cramp a week's worth of appointments and errands into one day. When you go non-stop for 12 hours and forget to eat. When you hit every red light and get stuck in the worst traffic. When said traffic causes you to be late for a showing. When your phone suddenly shuts down and nothing can bring it back alive. When you race to pick up your kids from summer camp before they close and you feel bad that they'll be the last ones there. Somehow though, you manage. Howard County Realtor getting ready for the Fox 45 TV debut. Just yesterday I posted my fun early morning activity for today. I was headed to Elkridge to promote the April 13th Howard County Housing Fair. Go to bed early - Check Set the alarm- Check Wake up at 4:15am - Check (actually I did not sleep because I was unsure I had set the alarm correctly!) Get up, get ready and almost out the door - Check WHERE DID ALL THIS SNOW COME FROM? WHAT HAPPENED TO SPRING? Needless to say the snow took precedence and Joel D.
