Out and About Loving Annapolis Wharfside Bar and Grille After a long, long day in real estate the thought of cooking a meal when I got home was very unappealing to me so I talked hubby into going out for something quick and close by. We headed to Edgewater, a town just a few minutes away from where we live just outside Annapolis. A Search of the MLS Shows That Sales are a Little Slow in this Popular Subdivision Near Annapolis...and a Great Opportunity for Home Buyers Speaking of Edgewater - home of The Fifty Dollar Home mentioned in the previous blog post - I just checked the MLS to get the latest activity on home sales in South River Colony. Things aren't exactly going like gangbusters. Dave and I were out in Edgewater one afternoon and we got really hungry so we decided to see if we could find any "crack chicken" (that's what Dave's friend Billy calls Chick-fil-A!).  I have never been to a Chick-fil-A but was game.  As we entered, one of the employees held the door for us, we said thank you and he said "my pleasure" and smiled at us.  We were a little taken aback - "my pleasure?" - we both looked at each other and I could tell he was as surprised as I was.   Out and About Loving Annapolis Last Friday evening hubby and I decided, on a whim, to head out to dinner and headed straight to the Edgewater Restaurant. Normally when we do the 'on a whim' dinner thing this restaurant is already packed but tonight we were lucky. I noticed upon parking our car that some exterior remodeling had been taking place since our  last visit which is quite attractive. A fresh look on an old friend.  Today when I woke up it was dreary, overcast and spitting rain. Oh my, why today of all days? After all, it's Sunday and I am holding an Open House today.
