The Sold Dollar Volume was up over 30% and the average sale price was up 2.74%. Total units sold was up 27% (28 units opposed to 22 units for 2012).   The average days on market was down to 59 days from 108 in 2012 that's a 45% improvement. The average Sales price to OLP (original list price ratio) was 95.2% up from 93.1% in 2012.  The average sold price of a detached house was $508,060 (up 2.5%) and the average sold price of an attached house was $370,000 (up 6.35%).   Out and About Loving Annapolis     La Fiesta in EdgewaterWhenever I am in the mood for a fabulous margarita to go along with my meal I head to La Fiesta in Edgewater. Last evening was one such occasion so hubby and I headed out to enjoy a double celebration; 20 years of marriage and 20 years of  real estate as my career.As always I order the guacamole and queso to enjoy the free flowing taco chips served and as always I leave stuffed to the gills after enjoying dinner as well.
