1903 Seven Oaks Terrace in Crofton was one of the rare 3 bedroom 2 bath garage condos that come on the market once in a while. We put it on the market in early April and had a ratified contract the beginning of May. A few hiccups with the condo association and the new lender rules delayed the early June settlement just a tad but the lender, buyer and seller stepped up to the plate and got the job done.
