That's 34% of the total sold properties!The majority of the remaining 81 homes sold in May were on the market less than 2 months.    Average selling price in the 21044 zip code was $402,705 which is almost the same than the year before.  Average selling price in the 21045 zip code was $324,657 which was also almost the same compared to the year before.
