West Roxbury Real Estate Market Snapshot as of 3/26/2007 by Mike Mahoney of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.If you are looking for real estate in West Roxbury, please visit my West Roxbury web site @ http://www.livein02132.com/ In West Roxbury, 46 out of 84 properties have been reduced a total of 64 times.  The average price reduction 64 times was 22,0000K.   In the last 3 months 12 properties between 350K and 399K went under agreement.  There are buyers out there. Another notable point is that if you look back three months ago, there is less inventory in the 350 - 399K bracket which would normally be good for you.
