A recent home sale that had the potential to be very difficult but wnet very smoothly made me looking back over my 12 years in real estate, I have to say the most successful home sales have been the ones with great communication and collaboration between myself and the seller.   A home seller needs to trust the information you are giving them based on data and your experience then work with you to get the home sold.   The sellers who give a 110% are the ones that have very quick home sales and for the most amount of money. Do we sell homes where we don't get complete seller buy in?
