You ever look a listing and wonder who would post pictures like that, why are their only 2 pictures, why is this person only offering a 1% co-broke, and then you find out its being offered through a entry only listing service. Dealing with a seller directly in most cases while your representing a buyer is difficult. Doing the work for 2 agents and not getting paid isn't fun either! Some seller don't put any value into the fact of what you have to bring to the table. A buyer, an valid contract, professional representation.... We aren't selling a used pair of shoe's here. I've seen many FSBO listings that have, NO Seller Disclosure, NO Lead Paint Disclosure, NO Attorney representing them. HELLO? Can you say lawsuit? I mean seriously, selling a home isn't something that you just put a list...
