Based on 3 sales, the Median Sales Price is $130,000. Average sales price per square foot is $98/sf, and the average home size is 1,314 sf. On average, homes have spent 65 days on the market. Average Listing-To-Sales-Price-Ratio is 97%, meaning homes are selling for 97 percent of asking prices, 3 percent less than asking price.
