Baton Rouge House Values Study DefinedThis study covers 1/1/2022 to 11/24/2022 with Baton Rouge being defined as East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, Ascension, and Livingston Parishes or Counties. DSF and ASF sales are only included, not manufactured housing or MFH. See the bottom of the post for MFH stats. DSF is detached single-family (traditional homes) and ASF is attached single-family (condos and townhomes). There have been 9,987 total sales of which 8,963 were DSF and 1,024 sales were ASF. DSF sales were 90% and ASF 10%. Listing prices ranged from $12,000 to $4,950,000, with an average of $299,704, and a median of $259,900.
