The initial focus of my busiess was rentals, which do not require a license in my state. Eventually, we began building the retail side of the business, which is complimented well by the thousands of rental relationships I have been able to build. The NAR and Google study, "The Digital House Hunt" states that 86% of buyers who use online video use it to gather information about a specific community, whereas only 70% of them use video to tour the inside of a home. About a month ago, I was working on a marketing video and I found a study that was conduced by Google and the National Association of Realtors that gave a lot of valuable statistics that I think every Realtor should be aware of.
