 There are currently seven homes listed for sale. The price range of homes currently for sale in Brookhighland is $439,950 to $649,950. There has been only one home listed and sold in the last year in Brookhighland. This gives a seven year inventory of homes based upon the current rate of absorption. This is affected somewhat by Brookhighland not being very old, so many people have only been in their homes for a few years and are not ready to move.
