 This week we closed escrow on one of our listed properties in Valparaiso, Indiana. This is the 3rd time that our repeat clients used our professional services! We sold their 1st home over a decade ago. They then wanted to buy a lot (land) to build a ranch home. We looked and looked in the subdivision of their choice and there was none that fit the criteria of exactly what they were looking for.
