What a beauty! This brand new home was purchased by my buyers, and what a deal they got! Not only was it brand new, but it still had a builders warranty. The buyers were able to customize it with their own colors and appliances, and even put in brand new counter tops. Simply put, you couldn't build a new house today for this price!
