North of Indianapolis 20 miles you will find a community called Noblesville.  Walking through the streets of the downtown area will remind you of days past.  Recently added to the National Register of Historic Places Noblesville has a rich past dating back 1818.  Located in Hamilton County the property was originally purchased by William Conner. There is a 30 acre park which houses Hamilton County's only remaining covered bridge.  The bridge stretches over the White River and is a very fascinating walk through. Restoration of the bridge was completed in 1998. The park features trails, a picnic area, restrooms and canoe launch on White River.Demographics200435,500Persons per Household2.65 Median Age35.8Growth 1990 - 200067.72000 Estimated Median Household Income$61,3242000 Estimated Per C...

Today's news reports that the land which is owned by California-based Live Nation, is reportedly being put up for sale.   It seems that Live Nation has come to realize the value of the property for potential commercial development.  The 203-acre outdoor amphitheater is surrounded by new development and a sale of the property could mean an end to live concerts at Verizon Music Center.  A sale is not expected until Summer and as new information develops, I will keep you posted. For this and other information in the Greater Indianapolis Area, please visit http://cyndisloop4indyhomes.com/.  I would love to be your Realtor.

That web address i...
