So many times they are Plumbers, Electricians, Drywallers, Heating Contractors, or just the basic Handyman, who has been around construction all their life.(usually 10 - 15 years.) We do not see them very much these days. They have mostly gone by the wayside because of the economy, or they went bankrupt and have never been seen again. I showed such a property today. It is bank owned, with its normal problems. The owner abandoned the property, the utilities turned off and no heat. The site itself is to die for.
