Six months or so ago I wrote about Colonial Pancake House, in Elkhart Indiana, when they were still in the remodeling stages, you can read that article here, and although I have eaten there several times I always forget to take pictures of the food before I dig in.  My husband and I have enjoyed hamburgers, all you can eat fish on Friday Nights and breakfast.
