Amanda and I have been selling real estate in Fort Wayne for six years now, and for the most part, our deals go off without a hitch.  (Knocking on wood) Every once in a while we'll have an issue with an appraisal, a home inspection, another agent, or difficult situations.  I'd say that 90% of our business is pretty darn smooth. I showed a couple 5 houses Tuesday and 5 houses Wednesday.  On Wednesday we found a very nice home that they decided they wanted.  The kitchen was fantastic, the living room and family room were spacious, and the bathrooms were exactly what they wanted. There were a few negatives.  The size of the master bedroom was a little smaller than they wanted and the backyard was also smaller than they liked.  We decided to think about it for a day and then go see 2 others. I didn't tell the couple this, but I scheduled another showing for the house they thought they wanted right after the 2 others yesterday.
