Remington Landings Year End 2011 Market Report This Remington Landings North Aurora market report covers property sales during all of 2011 as well as a look ahead to 2012. The past year was a mixed year for North Aurora real estate - inventory was high through much of the year and due to this, prices have continued to decline. Remington Landing Subdivision in North Aurora is a relatively new community of homes with traditional layouts in the far west portion of the village. Most of these homes were built by Remington Homes although there are now a few other builders finishing out the last few lots in the community. Remington Landing is one of only two communities that have homes that feed into Kanland School District 302 (the other being Lake Run Estates just south of this community). Remington Landing includes a large park central to the community and most of the homes include large lots, some that back to fields or open space.
