This Mirador North Aurora market report covers property sales during all of 2011 as well as a look ahead to 2012. The past year was a mixed year for North Aurora real estate - inventory was high through much of the year and due to this, prices have continued to decline. This is still a foreclosure and short sale driven market and Mirador is no exception. We did see some improvement in market activity particularly in the last quarter that we hope will continue through this year. My Mirador Subdivision North Aurora detail page has been completed and I wanted to share some vital information about this beautiful west-suburban community. Mirador is located on the far west side of North Aurora off of Deerpath Road. It is located directly north of the Tanner Trails Subdivision and is popular with home buyers looking for an up-scale community with easy access to shopping and I-88. Mirador is a custom and semi-custom subdivision and features homes from several builders.
