No, this picture does not need to be rotated.  I was showing a house yesterday and I saw this in the basement and I had to take a picture. This "Door" leads to the garage from the basement!  The door most have been to tall to install the conventional way so they improvised and installed it horizontal J The Door is about 3 feet from the floor and had a string on the door knob to pull in close after you got into the garage.
